Banana smoothie

With “banana smoothie as my theme, I guess I decided it was a good idea to have a recipe for it! This makes a great, calcium rich breakfast for those of use (like me) who miss their morning cereal.

Banana Smoothie
(serves 2)

Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
1 banana
1/4 cup plain or fruit yogurt
1 tsp honey
1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream or yogurt

Directions
Place all ingredients in blender; blend until… um, smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
